Branson - Located directly off of highway 65, this is the most recognizeable part to the tourists as they come into town. There are several roads leading into and around Branson but the main one is referred to as "The Strip". Virtually all of the shows are located right on the strip, starting almost from the very beginning and continuing on all the way westward through the end of town. Tourists generally wind up here for their lodging. Many choose the strip as it puts them closest to the action on the strip. Accomodations generally range from motels to hotels with a few inns along the way.

Indian Point - Go 4 miles out of Branson on Highway 76 and you will find yourself at Indian Point. This is where you will find Silver Dollar City and the Indian Point Marina on Table Rock Lake. Tourists who come to Indian Point are a combination of people who want to see Branson, but also love the serenity of the lake. Virtually all of the places to stay on Indian Point are resorts geared primarily to families and groups. Accomodations can range from 2-15 people and the prices are quite affordable. Virtually all resorts on Indian Point have a minimum night stay ranging from 3 to 7 nights in the summertime.

Kimberling City - Head on out 76 four more miles from Indian Point and then turn left on Highway 13 and you will be in Kimberling City, a nice community that caters primarily to the anglers on the lake. One of the largest marinas on Table Rock Lake is located here in Kimberling City. Plenty of boat activity as well as small town shopping is available. Kimberling City is for the tourist who is not overly interested in the shows at Branson and enjoys the solitude of the Ozarks. Both hotels and motels as well as resorts are available throughout Kimberling City. Prices tend to be a bit higher, but the accomodations are very nice.
