Hymns of Fanny Crosby - Linda will present several songs
written by the great American hymn writer Fanny Crosby. Fanny
Crosby was the most prolific of all the early hymn writers. In the
period from 1870 till her death in 1915 she wrote between
8000 and 9000 gospel hymns. Fanny felt that writing hymns
was her particular mission in life. She felt that sharing the
gospel through song would reach even more people than
sermons. Linda hopes you get a blessing from the messages
Fanny brings in word as well as music. It was Fannys belief
that music is the language and voice of the heart and soul.
